Guarantee...

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and we do the best job we can... however, there may be times that we miss a land mine or two due to the shade, shadows, sun, fallen leaves, tall grass etc...

Referrals...

Customers will receive one free visit once their referee has made their first payment.

Pre-pay customers will receive $12.00 cash once their referee has made their first payment

Contracts...

There are no contracts, however we do need a signed agreement which gives Poo Patrol permission to be on your property and shows the price both parties have agreed to. You can cancel or suspend service with a simple email or phone call. We do ask for at least a weeks notice prior to stopping service.

Working Hours / Days...

Poo Patrol's normal work days are Monday - Friday 7am to 6pm, however there can be special occasions when we will come out on the weekend. There is an additional fee for service on weekend days and/or holidays.

Holidays...

Poo Patrol does not work on...

• New Years Day
•  Memorial Day
• July 4th 
• Thanksgiving Day and the Following Day
• Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

For the fall / winter holidays... if the holiday falls on your normal service day, we will return to your yard the following week on your normal day. You will still be charged for two weeks of service because there will be two weeks worth of waste. If you decide to clean the week we are not there we will not charge for that week.

For the spring and summer holidays... if they fall on your normal service day we will clean your yard one to two days prior or one to two days after the holiday.

First time cleaning payment...

All new accounts will incur an initial setup/cleanup fee of $15.00 in addition to the normal per visit service fee. Payment is due on or before the first cleaning day.

After the first cleaning day, customers will be invoiced monthly on or around the 20th of each month.

Late fee's...

Invoices will be delivered on or around the 20th of each month... If we do not receive payment by the 10th of the next month a $10.00 late fee will be added to your next invoice.

Accounts that are 30 days past due will have service suspended, unless arrangements are made in advance. We understand situations can occur, so give us a call and we can see how we can make it work out for both parties.

Returned checks... Customers will be charged a $20.00 return check fee and will be immediately re-invoiced

Poo Patrol reserves the right to adjust pricing or refuse service based on the overall condition of the job. Additional costs may apply to an initial cleanup job for yards that have XL dogs or several dogs.
