With the exception of carpet cleaning and painting, we will come in and clean each apartment in a timely and precise manner all at a very affordable price.

1 Bath Units = $50.00

2 Bath Units = $60.00

We will thoroughly clean and sanitize…. Sinks, counters, cabinets, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, towel bars, doors, blinds, outlet covers, linoleum and wood floors, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, clothes washers and dryers, closets,  windows, window sills, light fixtures, ceiling fans, built in wall units, base board heaters, storage units, and patio areas.

We also offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning service for your property clubhouse, bathrooms, fitness facilities, laundry area, and management offices. These prices vary depending on size and how often the service is needed.
